My Integration Plan

So much information can come through in ceremony. While you may see the life-changing value of these insights immediately after ceremony, it can be hard to know how to go about applying these lessons to your life. That’s what integration means: intentionally working to apply what you’ve learned in ceremony to your everyday life.

An intention is a reason why you feel called to Ayahuasca, a simple phrase that embodies what you wish to receive from this experience or how you want to change your life. Below, please write at least THREE intentions that you brought to this weekend retreat at Blackland, starting with the most important to your personal healing, and your ability to create a life that will be grounded, healthy, and supportive of your ongoing transformation.

Steps Toward Integration

Ayahuasca is a tool for healing. It is as powerful as you allow it to be.

All change is just a change in pattern. We must interrupt and replace disempowering patterns to create lasting results. The medicine can help you see yourself from new perspectives and release thoughts/feelings/energies that no longer serve you, but it will not do the work for you. Everything that you release in ceremony was in you because you either put it there or allowed it to manifest in a self-destructive form. Without discipline and intentional integration to make real changes, these disempowering patterns will easily re-emerge into your life.

Let’s break your top three intentions down into manageable steps that can be worked on daily.

Intention One – Steps

Step 1 _____________________________________________________
Step 2 _____________________________________________________
Step 3 _____________________________________________________
Step 4 _____________________________________________________
Step 5 _____________________________________________________
